About The Event

About this event:

Ever felt like you're not good enough as a writer, doubting your own skills and creativity? Maybe you've had thoughts like: "Who am I to write this story?" "Why did I ever think I could publish a book." "I'm not a writer." "Nobody will ever read or buy this!" If you have then you've experienced Imposter Syndrome. Even the most confident authors face feelings of self-doubt. Even though it's common, it's still dangerous because it can seriously get in the way of your creative process (not to mention, reaching your goals). In this presentation, we'll go on a deep exploration of Imposter Syndrome to fully understand what it looks like, where it comes from, and how to escape its clutches so you can get back to your creative journey and realize your potential as an author. By the end of our time together, you'll not only understand Imposter Syndrome better but you'll also have a toolbox of practical tips to boost your self-belief. Get ready to unleash your inner writer, banish those doubts, and embark on your writing adventures with a newfound sense of joy and assurance.
