    • Books must be returned in their original condition, without any marks, damages, or signs of wear.

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Personalized or signed copies are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
       

  2. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

    • A replacement or full refund will be offered, excluding shipping costs.
       

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.

    • Provide the order number and reason for return.

    • Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or a defect.

For Digital Books (eBooks)

 

Digital books are non-refundable because of their intangible nature.

For Services

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds for services will be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

    • Once the service has been delivered or commenced, no refunds will be provided unless the specific service comes with special terms and refund guarantee.

    • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us with detailed feedback. We may offer a partial refund or a follow-up consultation at our discretion.

    • In the case where a money-back guarantee is offered, contact us with your request within the guarantee period and you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
       

  3. Rescheduling or Cancellation:

    • Services can be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a forfeited fee.
