She led editorial acquisitions of all imprints at Alfaomega (Gaia Ediciones, Arkano Books, Neo Person, Gulaab, Dojo Imprints), a major publishing group in Spain. She also worked as a Rights Manager at Osho International Licensing office in London(UK), managing the rights of Osho’s books in 60 languages with over 220 publishers worldwide.

Montse established the agency in Bengaluru (India) in 2011 and since then, it has been successfully assisting authors, agencies, and publishers worldwide.
