My Journey
​Life wasn’t always as fulfilling as it is today. I once felt stuck in a job that left me drained and unappreciated. Long hours and a lack of purpose made me feel disconnected and trapped.​
Everything changed when my grandkids arrived. They reignited a sense of joy I didn’t know I had lost. I started writing children’s stories for them—stories that shared values in a fun and meaningful way. From that love, The Little Labradoodle Series was born.​
But as I pursued my passion, I noticed something troubling. Many authors were struggling—some even taken advantage of by predatory publishers. I knew I couldn’t stand by and do nothing.
What began as a small workgroup for children's authors has grown into a thriving program that has empowered over 1,500 authors to bring their stories to life.​​
Helping authors share their message and mission with the world isn’t just my job—it’s my passion and purpose.
